The Calorie AI app, developed by Dexylabs, provides an AI-powered food photo analysis service to estimate calories and nutritional values of meals.

1. Information We Collect

• Food photos: Users select and submit photos voluntarily. Images are sent to our secure server and forwarded to the Anthropic AI API solely for analysis purposes and are immediately discarded afterward.
• Advertising data: Google AdMob may collect anonymous device identifiers for the purpose of displaying relevant ads, in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Photos are used exclusively for AI calorie analysis and are permanently deleted after the result is returned.
• We do not store any photos on our servers.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except for the Anthropic API (for analysis) and Google AdMob (for advertising).

3. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

4. Security

All communication with our servers and the Anthropic API is conducted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
