This policy explains what Chick Shot Carnival (the "game", package com.dexylabs.chickshotcarnival) collects, why, and how you can delete it.

Playing without an account

You can play the campaign, Arcade and Precision without signing in. Your progress, scores and settings are then stored only on your phone (and in your phone's own Android backup, if you use it).

Signing in with Google

Online duels, the leaderboard, tickets and purchases need a Google sign-in. When you sign in we receive, through Google and Firebase Authentication, a user ID, your email address and your Google account name. We use them only to keep your account and to recognise you on another phone. We do not send you email. Your Google name is not shown to other players; in duels and on the leaderboard you appear under the nickname you choose.

What we store on our server (Google Firebase)

• Game progress: level stars, best scores, statistics, boosts and unlocked themes and hit markers.
• Tickets and the items you own (Starter Pack, 2× Tickets).
• Duels: the nickname you choose, match results, scores and duel points.
• Leaderboard: your nickname, points and wins. Other players can see these.
• Purchases: product, order ID and a fingerprint of the Google Play receipt, so a purchase is credited once and restored after reinstalling.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details. We ask Google Play to confirm each purchase before the item is added to your account.

Advertising

The game shows rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch one (to double the tickets of a round or for free tickets). Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID and collect data as described in Google's policy. AdMob receives your IP address (used for approximate location), device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic information, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Players in the EEA, the UK and other regions where it is required are asked for consent first (Google User Messaging Platform); you can change it at any time in Settings, Ad privacy.

Some of these ads are provided by Unity Ads (Unity Technologies), an advertising partner that AdMob selects ads from. Unity Ads receives your IP address (used for approximate location), device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), identifiers it assigns for the ad, ad interactions (views and taps inside the ad only, not during gameplay), app usage time, purchase activity used for ad measurement, and diagnostic information, for advertising, analytics, app functionality and fraud prevention, as described in Unity's Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Your Ad privacy choice applies to Unity Ads too: in the EEA and the UK it receives your consent choice, and if you are in a US state with privacy laws and opt out of the sale or sharing of your data, we tell Unity Ads not to sell or share it.

Analytics and crash reports

• Firebase Analytics: app usage events (for example app opened, screens) to understand and improve the game.
• Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports with device model, Android version and the error, to fix bugs.

Deleting your account

In the game: Settings → Delete account → Delete forever. This deletes your Chick Shot Carnival progress, tickets, items, duel record and leaderboard entries from our server. If you do not use the Google account in any other Dexy Labs game, the sign-in account is deleted too. Records of purchases are kept only as long as required for accounting and fraud prevention. Progress stored only on your phone stays until you uninstall the game.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be on fishinggames.us with a new date.
